How does the subscription work?
You chose the species you want to subcribe to. Every month you will receive 1 box full of hand-picked products until the subscription term is fulfilled. If you would like to change the species of fish please email us at support@maxoutfitters.com and we will make sure the box type is changed for the next month’s delivery.
How does pricing work?
You choose the type of saltwater fish you want, Flounder box, Redfish box or Speckled Trout box. If you fish for all three, the Texas Slam box would be for you. The longer the subscription term, the cheaper the per box pricing as listed on our products page. Subscriptions are all prepaid up front.
Each box costs less than retail price so you are saving over retail and also saving again depending on the subscription term you choose.
Can I purchase a box without subscription?
Yes you can choose a single box instead of the subscription.
What is your return/refund/exchange policy?
We currently do not offer returns/refunds or exchanges, but if the product is damaged during shipment we will send you a replacement box.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel at anytime. Just send us and email at support@maxoutfitters.com and we will ensure your subscription does not renew at the end of the subscription term.
What happens when the term of the subscription ends?
It will renew automatically for the same term, unless is cancelled.
How long will it take for my box to be delivered?
Please allow up to 10 business days from the time of order for your box to be delivered in the United States.
What to do if your address changes?
Please email us at support@maxoutfitters.com and we will make sure your address is updated for the next delivery.
